IN PRICE INCLUDED: Yacht accommodation, crew service, use of watersport equipment, VAT 13%
IN PRICE NOT INCLUDED: Fuel, mooring or anchor fees, provisioning, personal laundry, communications, delivery/redelivery fee, if any

CHARTER TERMS: MYBA TERMS, MYBA E-CONTRACT
TERMS OF PAYMENT: 50% at booking confirmation, 50% four weeks before charter commencement
SAFETY DEPOSIT: refundable (wire transfer only)
YACHT INSURANCE: all yachts are marine risk-insured
TOURIST TAX: 1.33 € / person / day
APA – ADVANCE PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE
The APA covers additional charter expenses, including guest provisioning, fuel, mooring fees and other applicable running costs. The APA is usually calculated at 35% of the charter price and is paid in advance.All APA expenses are recorded and detailed in the final account. The Captain will present the final accounts at the end of the charter. Any unused balance will be refunded in full to the Charterer. Should the APA prove insufficient, the additional balance will be settled by the Charterer before disembarkation.
WHAT IS MYBA?
MYBA is an acronym for the Worldwide Yachting Association. It is a trade association founded in 1984 by a group of prominent yacht brokers with the aim of promoting standards of professionalism and ethics in the yachting industry throughout the Mediterranean and worldwide. Membership is available to eligible companies with a proven track record of professional excellence in the yachting industry. Companies using MYBA terms are required to hold PI Insurance and meet strict professional requirements.
MYBA charter agreement has been developed over the years and provides an industry standard throughout the world. Thanks to the serial No and the date on an MYBA charter agreement, you will be able to verify whether or not a charter agreement you have been presented with is a valid MYBA charter agreement.
